Based on mental ray ice material by Hristo Velev: Hi guys, My first submission - a rough ice material. Notes: - This material is extremely dependent on environment, so experiment with different HDR environments to get different results. - Don't forget to adjust the output of the env map when you adjust exposure! I usually set the output value to 100, and use the RGB level as an exponent. Sometimes you need to go very high to make the map luminous enough. - Experiment with the refraction depth cutoff to get different types of ice - from very dull and absorbing (low depth) to clear (high depth). You should set this parameter according to your models and purpose. Have fun!
